I highly recommend the BlackHawk Locking Carabiners for their design features and overall strength to weight factor. Even though BlackHawk uses Alum instead of steel,I have found the product meets or exceeds my expectations.

A great product, solidly built, have no reservations about using this. Makes great key ring, or for use with climbing. A little pricy, but you get what you pay for
