Norma was once a solid and reputable brand. Last of 2022 and early 2023 was a huge shift the other direction with SEVERAL recalls across multiple calibers and was caught up in the middle of some of it. While they were active in reaching out to me first, I was in charge of shipping the bad loads back to them. Also, I had orders shipped to me with ZERO padding and ammo boxes busted open inside the shipping box(loose rounds bouncing around) . They ignored the first few calls and emails. After I persisted, the rep that answered my call told me in a polite and professional way that they didn't care. I personally am done with Norma, but you do you.
