Most Helpful Positive Review Quality in a devastating round
2 1/2 hours ago I dropped a nice 10 point whitetail buck in its tracks at just over 200 yards. Remington model 700 and 180 AB Nosler bullet did all the work, placed the crosshair high on shoulder and simply touched the hair trigger. It may be a little much for white tail but there’s absolutely no guess work when you choose quality. The 180 grain is a phenomenal round for our over abundant plague of feral hogs, the 3 inch armor plate on an old boars shoulder offers no resistance to the AB

Nosler 180 AB

by Goldie, from MN, United States Written on January 30, 2024
I always shot Remington Core-lokts out of my 30-06 with good results on whitetails. Three years ago I switched to Nosler 180 gr Accubonds- man what an awesome round! I have killed three deer with this round- all dropped right where they stood. These bullets hold together even after busting through shoulder blade and heavy bone and always exit. The last buck I shot at around 70 yards, the bullet actually hit a 1/2" sapling about 15 feet before the deer that I did not see through my scope. It sheared the sapling off and stayed on course, hitting the buck right where I aimed, busted his shoulder and still exited without coming apart. That is impressive performance from a premium bullet. Another plus is my rifle loves these bullets and is the most accurate round I have found. Needless to say these Accubonds will be bullet of choice every fall.
