Faster than a Fire Rod
Can be stored full of lighter fluid for months and ready to go. Much faster than a fire rod. Screw cap with o-ring is superior to friction fit of a peanut lighter and low evaporation of lighter fluid. Do not know how durable it's finish is, but am not concerned with looks as long as it works. Orange color is much easy to find if dropped.

- Back up for running out of matches

I bought this product 2 years ago. The only time it fails is when it runs out of fuel.
