it was really easy to purchase on line and when I received my glasses I had a question about the prescription. I think the ladies name was Kelly and she helped me right away, she sent me a return receipt so they can review the prescription. I should be receiving my glasses back soon. I really appreciate her concern and not just say "I'm sorry sir, but those are the prescription you ordered and there is nothing we can do". if the prescription is right than that's ok. I will continue to shop Optics planet because of the service.
