Poor customer service - ODIN Works Blackout Barrel, Medium Profile, w/Tunable Gas Block

I’ve built several AR’s but can’t get this 300 BO to function correctly. I’ve made several calls and emails to Odin and each time I’m assured a RMA is in the works, yet nothing. Everything points to a manufacturing defect, but who knows since I’ve yet been able to return it. Extremely disappointed in Odin’s customer service.
