MADE IN USA and under $25. I love ODIN Works

I’ve installed probably 200 gas blocks from pretty much every manufacturer out there. I’ve seen some real junk and I’ve seen some nice pieces. This low profile gas block from ODIN Works is as good as one from one of the “big guys” that cost 3 times more. The fit and finish is top notch. This is my go-to gas block for all my builds. You cannot beat it and it’s under $25.
Don’t think too hard on this, it’s a great product. Just order one and you’ll be happy.

Poor Design if tuning a lot.

I got this for an AR-10 .308 and spend an hour or two tuning. I wasn’t happy when I went to shoot the next day to find it wasn’t cycling they way I left it. I started tuning at square one per the instructions and finished tuning. I ended up stripping the main adjusting screw for gas by using the provided Allen key. I followed the instructions and ended up stripping the screw. Not happy it wouldn’t hold a tune and stripped a screw. I’m a professional gunsmith and I have built/worked on AR’s for over 15 years. This might be ok if you don’t have to tune much.

Great Gas Block

The fit and finish of this part is done very well. The hardware is also high end. I highly recommend this low profile gas block for those of you that want to use a free float hand guard. The finish of the block was done consistently with no mars in the packaging it comes in which is a plastic bubble tape package does keep the block from being damaged during shipping. Overall the block performs well; I highly recommend this block

Keep it tight

This gas block is perfect for those barrels that don’t have the dimple so three screws really keep it in place also the slant makes it more aero dynamic you know for when you are shooting in the wind and it just looks cooler than the little bitty ones

Best lo-pro gas block

This gas block is the best for the money! You can spend more but it would be a waste. Odin makes quality products and this is sure be of them . Perfect for your next build. Put this on my 7.62x39 AR Pistol and works like a charm!

Missing Disclaimer from Product

This product won't work with Geissele hand guards. I installed the gas block and nearly went insane trying to figure out why the hand guard wouldn't go on properly, due to it getting bound up. I thought the barrel nut was causing the tightness since it was very difficult to get it out of the hand guard to install onto the barrel in the first place. I'm sure the gas block works great with any other hand guard, but I don't know that it does or doesn't. Since no one said that this gas block wouldn't work with a Geissele hand guard, it gets bad marks for the frustration it caused me. It seemed they just wanted my money and didn't care whether it fit or not. If a product doesn't fit in all circumstances, those which it doesn't should be listed...like most other products in the market place do. Here's an example: "Will not fit Geissele hand guards."

Awesome!!!

This is a solid gas block that I have used on 3 of my builds. The one I have used is the two set screw version which seems to be VERY nicely machined. I also have another Odin Works product and the machining is great on every product I have tried from them! Its a solid Gas block that has some beef to it...I like it and it seems to be a little bit bigger then other regular gas blocks...Great price too!

Install was extremely easy. The low profile fit right under the floating quadrail. Finish of product looks alright. The 3 set screws should definitely keep in place. And one of the set screws does line directly up with gas port discharg to verify correct alignment. Overall good experience
