Most Helpful Positive Review love it will buy for all my AR's
with the standard safety selectors i always had a problem flipping them with my thumb. however, with the odin works because they are bend towards your hand they are much easier to reach and to operate.

Unique Ambi Safety

What a difference this makes. I can easily engage safety with the top of my thumb (nail), without utilizing the trigger finger, which also is extremely easy to do due to it's unique paddle design. I was leery of the learning curve to get used to a 45 degree throw, as I've never used one and muscle memory was ingrained for a standard safety, but after a hundred or so uses, it comes naturally now. The only problem I see is having different safety selectors on different firearms, and the mishap of having to fumble with different operations from firearm to firearm. It's a fantastic product, but not "universal" in feeling. I believe this thought is definitely something to consider.

  • May be confusing if you don't have identical safety selectors on different firearms you're using

BEST SAFETY FOR AR's with California compliant pins....

I have this safety in a few of my ARs....Best safety for ARs with Kingpin and Juggernaut Tactical. Regular safeties are hard to engage because those pins get in the way. THIS SAFETY WORKS MUCH BETTER because of it's design. It has a wider paddle. I have used it quite a few ARs with NO PROBLEM! Works flawlessly. MUST BE INSTALLED CORRECTLY. Don't be cheap. If you are a rookie get help.

Kinda stumbled across some recommended products and saw this and thought why not…. This thing is awesome, from a curiosity to now needing to change out all of my selector's. The throw is so much smoother, the angles and placement are now superb. Purchased several Odin Works products prior and have never been disappointed with them.

COOL CONCEPT, BAD FUNCTION!

When I first saw this safety I was so excited, it looked crazy and I immediately loved it. I was so pumped to install on my new build. Fast forward to install- I put this thing on 9 or 10 times in different positions, both throw options, etc.. HOWEVER, this was so tight it felt like it was grinding.. I was able to flip the switch back and forth but it was not smooth AT ALL. I’m super disappointed because I really wanted this to work well with my build. I installed on a geissele super duty lower, maybe it’s my receiver? But I doubt it. I would recommend you avoid..
