Quality Product
The RC123a and/or rechargable RCR123a batteries are not common enough yet to be readily available at local stores. They are easily found on the WWW though. I purchased a RCR123a charger and 6 batteries to power mine. The unit has three output levels and at its highest level throws a whopping 700 lumens. It also has a fourth strobe output setting. The light is very well built, comes with portable case, has a belt clip attachment and tube extender allowing it to lenghten into a four battery unit for longer use. I have a dozen flashlights around my home at least, but this one is the best by far. This is a good quality product.

Nice flashlight
This is a nice flashlight for the money, but the buzzing drives me crazy.
