I purchased the BlackHawk OMEGA DROP LEG EXTENDER with 2in. QUICK RELEASE to use with my Blackhawk AR-15 mag pouch. I can now comfortably wear my thigh mounted mag pouch thanks to this easy add on component. the construction is what I expect from a Blackhawk product and from what I can see, I'm sure it will last a lifetime.

Quality Product
I purchased one of these about 8-10 years ago. I attached it to my duty belt so I can connect my emergency spare magazine and shotgun shell pouch. I purchased this one to use for mounting in my patrol vehicle. Once I got it, I found it wasn't compatable with the older one I had, so I had to buy another one and retire my old one. Eventhough I wasn't happy about having to pay shipping twice, this one was actually a bit better than my old one so I am still very satisfied.
Pros: Good construction, perfect fit, doesn't rattle.
