Most Helpful Positive Review Awesome Pouch for Swat Medic
I bought this bag for a tactical medicine class. Great pouch for an IFAK (individual first aid kit). I placed quick clot gauze, israeli dressings, and other basic trauma supplies. Easy to access when needed. I even did a whole scenario with the pouch open and nothing fell out. Great bag!! Pros: Lots of places to put dressings and tourniquets

BlackHawk Omega Drop Leg Medical Pouch

I purchased this pouch to use in rescue helicopter winching operations in my role as an Intensive Care Paramedic, it is additional to other gear we carry but this pouch gives me quick access to IV equipment without being cumbersome or in the way when performing rescues.
Pros: Versatile and compact
