Ordered and received the OPMOD the same week from OpticsPlanet. The full length heavy duty zipper along with the very deep height works perfect for my very tall AR with large scope, forward grip, laser and illuminator. No more scratches on my gun! Also has pockets for magazines, cleaning supplies or other accessories. Very well built and a must have for AR style weapons to keep them safe.

Very well made! But....
As soon as I opened up the package it was obvious that this is a very well made case and I would have given it 5 stars but to me the description just seems a bit vague on the dimensions of the bag. Even with this I gave it a try for the good price. I got it for an AK and the AK barely, and I mean barely, fit in the bag. I have to remove the muzzle brake and kind of angle it in the bag to make it fit. That being said it will work just fine for what I need it for. I was very surprised to find that 30 round AK mags fit perfectly in the 4 mag pouches and I was able to fit 4 more mags and some other range gear in the other large storage pouch. All in all I think it's a great product.

Extreme rifle case
I haven't had a chance to use it yet. The bag appears to be very durable and has many compartments for all the extras you might have for your gun. Make sure your gun is not longer than 33 inches. The gun bag would be very good in wet weather.

pretty disappointed
The bag seems really well made and a great value for the price I paid for it. My disappointment stems from the fact that I contacted your support staff before I ordered it and was assured by your tech support that the magazines for my ar10 (.308) would fit in the exterior pouch pockets, but they are obviously designed to hold magazines for an ar15 (.332/5.56 nato), so now I'm still looking for an affordable padded soft case that has exterior pouch pockets that will hold my ar10 magazines.

OPMOD ERC Extreme Rifle Case
Very well made, heavy duty bag. Room for 4 mag's and cleaning gear. Works well with many rifles with optics. Highly recommended! Especially for the price. I got both the 33" and 43" models and really like them, plus they were on sale.

Great bag for the price
At first I was a bit unsure about buying the "house brand", but for the price I figured it was worth a shot. When I received the bag, I was pleasantly surprised to find the quality was well above what I anticipated. The design is well thought out, and appears to be quite sturdy.
My only gripe concerns the lack of internal hook-and-loop retention straps. The backpack strap on the case seems pointless, if your rifle shifts around inside your bag while you wear it. Add this improvement, and I'll gladly give it 5-stars

Great value
The OPMOD ERC Extreme Rifle Case / Gun Bag is made with rugged fabric and heavy duty zippers. With padded shoulder strap, grab handles and a D ring to hang it up all basis are covered. It is perfect size for my new 22in barrel rifle. Highly recommend!!!

Fair Product
I recently bought 2 cases a larger on and this smaller one. This one only has one zipper tab, the larger one has two so the tabs meet in the middle. The smaller one doesn't have the semi-rigid backing in it, but the larger one does.
Over all I like both products, but the smaller one lacks in the detail of features that the larger one has. I like the pockets for several clips.

best tactical riflr case ive ever seen
first it the biggest tactical case ever so long as you get the 43 inch. it has 1 inch thick padding on both sides, 2 ich thick padding total. if your ar or for me an ar 10 308 with scope on top of carry handle case is still big enough. the 4 mag pockets will hold the big steel 308 20 rd mags, and yes will hold ak 47 mags. so with an ar 15 youll have room to spare. the outer is like 600 denier nylon. has another pocket in the middle and a larger Velcro pocket on the end. only gun case I will buy

Great Value
Works well with my 16" AR15 and 4-16x50 scope with bipod. Well padded and tough material. I like the fact that it looks understated in plain black with no guady graphics. Will purchase more for my other guns.

High Quality for the Money
High Quality product for a great price. I had been shopping for a top quality rifle case bag. My first choice was Blackhawk, I am always very happy with there products. Even with the lowest price I could find for the Blackhawk bag. I was able to buy this bag and an ammo can for less with Free Shipping. This bag is if not equal to, then very close to the same quality as the Blackhawk. I ordered the largest size one which is 43 inches but now I think I should have ordered the mid size which is about 40 inches. Although in the OPMOD they only have either 43 inches or 33 inches. But I decided to keep it, better to have more space than not enough.
