Cleaning Mat
Great cleaning mat. Just the right size and easy cleanup. It does not slip and stays put while moving items around the surface. The color contrasts against the parts that are being cleaned which makes them easy to see. Easy cleanup and rolls up for easy storage. I love this cleaning mat. Thank you.

I thought it would be a thicker material, and suitable for all phases of cleaning the guns I just acquired, as well as protecting the surface on which it rests. Opmod drip pan
This is a nice item to keep in the range box or for cleaning afterwards. At this price it is a great product. It rolls up small and out of the way. A wider version would be great for large bench projects. It does absorb a bit of cleaner and won't transfer to the work surface. It is not a vacuum cleaner, but it is nice to have.

OPMOD Gun Cleaning Mat - Green
I love this product although I do not use it to clean anything on. I put this on top of my dresser to dump my concealed carry gun and knife onto when I get home at night. It in my mind is the perfect size to keep the above items on to decrease chances of scratching my valuables.

Have used this mat several times, and it works great, plenty of room for a rifle and your cleaning material.
Haven't gotten it dirty yet, so I don't if it will clean up ok or not, every thing else has been as advertised.

OPMOD gun-cleaning mat workable and a good value
The "OPMOD GCM 1.0 Gun Cleaning Mat, Green" is a thick, workable, and fairly durable product. For $6.00 at OpticsPlanet.com this purchase really is a no-brainer. The "working" side (green) of the 18" x 14 3/4" mat has a non-slip surface, and both sides are waterproof (drymate®). The mat is highly tear-proof, as well, and has a beige bonded backing. The OPMOD ("Limited Edition" by Optics Planet) gun-cleaning mat even is machine-washable--separately--and can be tumble-dried.
With is large size and durable, waterproof surfaces, this gun-cleaning mat is truly a high-quality product, and a great value. I have used it three times, for cleaning two pistols, during the past three weeks or so--while covering at least part of it with a paper towel--and have found it to be very useful.

Mat, Cleaning, Flexible
A nice size, soaks up goo. I haven't washed it yet. It was 'damaged' in shipment. The sharp plastic corners of another item scraped the nice green felt. Not smooth or green in places; I would've liked to mess it up myself. Not worth the return shipping costs, etc., to get a new one.

Does the Job
This is a convenient mat for cleaning or displaying any handguns. Provides protection for the gun as well as the work-surface you're using. I took off one star since it could have been a little thicker (i.e. more padding) but it does the job it was made for. I like the "Remington green" color and it easily rolls up and stores away.

Handy little Mat
This is a nice little mat with supportive rubber backing and a tuff cloth surface that stands up to just about anything really comes in handy when working on firearms, cleaning firearms protects the firearm from scratches while protecting other surfaces I also put it under my Tipton when I have it on the table.

to quote Stewie "small,very small" just check your linen closet for a worn out bath towel before ordering. OK for drying parts over night, but not for hard core cleaning. Item is very thin, bout like what we used to show customers diamond rings, gold chains, or earrings. Not for tearing down an AK or AR or 1911.
