These are under every handgun and long gun I clean. They prevent tables from solvents, and they're washable! These are everywhere in my house, and protect guns and tables from getting banged around. When my guns come out of safes, they're placed on these. Everyone should take a couple to the ranges, also, to place your guns on a safer surface than a rough wooden or concrete bench. Indispensable product.
