I got this watch because I needed a cheap watch till my other watch got back from repair. I work on boats for a living and have my hands in every thing from water to cramped compartments. I mention this to say I am very hard on watches, I have had the watch for over 3 weeks and wear it every day and so far it has worked fine. The large LCD main screen is easy to read, there is an illumination button that lights the screen when its dark. So far it keeps perfect time.

I gave it only two stars as it stopped keeping time after just 6 weeks. With the 30 day return window expired, I guess I am stuck with a new, but broken, watch. A previous reviewer mentioned that the curved face is pron to scratching and I would agree as that happened to mine as well.
On the plus side, I liked the big digital face and easy to navigate functions.
Would not recommend - there has got to be something better out there, even at the sale price. Glad I didn't pay full price for it!

After numerous years with a Timex Ironman that I kept wishing would die I replaced it with the OPMOD TEW Everyday. The face shows at one glance anything you would routinely need. I can't speak to longevity yet but I'm impressed with how it's constructed. There are no sharp edges to dig into the top of my hand at the wrist. The backlight is bright. The band is comfortable and doesn't pull hair.
I do have a few small qibbles: First, worn on the left hand, the buttons that bump up against your hand/wrist joint serve to change your time between DST (Daylight Savings Time) and Standard Time. This is only a one hour change, but why is this so easily done? Shouldn't this be buried a little deeped in the menu? Second, the other button that is likely to be accidently pushed, as the previous example, turns the hour chime on and off. Again, I ask, shouldn't that be buried a little deeper? Finally, the band could use to be slightly longer. I don't have tree trunk size wrists and this band is extended to the next-to-last hole in the band.
These are minor gripes but present none the less. Overall, I'm very happy with watch, especially in view of the price.
Pros:
- Bright backlight
- comprehensive display
- Comfortable band
Cons:
- Too Easily change DST/ST
- Button for hour chime too easily pressed
- band could longer

I have worn this watch for approx. 15 days since I bought it (about a month ago). It looks great and is comfortable to wear all day. The features it comes with are great for the price and it seems to be built very solid. It has as low enough profile that it doesn't get caught on things, but the face is large enough to read very easily. I do have a couple of very minor negatives.
1. The "crystal" on the face bubbles out beyond the frame of the face, so it has managed to get a couple of scuffs already. I would have liked the crystal portion to be lower than the frame portion to reduce the likelihood of getting scratches and scuffs.
2. I have worn this watch to bed a couple times and woken up with the time being reset or timezone being off. As a result I have to update the settings. I could attribute this to the buttons being too easy to push and settings too easily accessed by a few random button presses. But, I can't blame the watch for my restless sleep pattern. I could see if someone uses the alarm feature on the watch it could present an issue.

Without any abuse whatsoever, this watch froze up in less than a week of ownership. If you're looking for a full featured watch, I would recommend spending the extra money and buying a g-shock or ironman.

To start the shipping from OpPlanet was incredibly fast. I ordered right before the weekend and was expected to get it later on in the next week. Showed up on my doorstep Monday afternoon. To the watch, it is very lightweight and easy to figure out. Has many different modes that are easy to use. I would suggest this watch to anyone who likes to wear a watch daily.

I'm not a watch expert or connoisseur. With that being said I wanted a watch that was cheap but not cheap if you know what I mean. This does everything I need out of a watch and then some. I purchased the all black version just to be a little more stealth. The strap is super comfortable, I'll have it on all day and forget im wearing it.

Don't expect anything but reliability out of this watch. If you're looking for the latest in gps technology and barometric pressure readings, look elsewhere. This is a no frills bare bones murdered out watch, std time and military time, stopwatch, pretty robust. For what I do day to day it fit the bill.

This is a multi-function watch loaded with features for an economical price. It has a very nice wrist presence at about 44mm and comes on a comfortable rubber strap. For its price, you don't have to worry about it and wear it during any activities you choose! Has all the practical features I look for including: back-light, alarms, 12/24 hour display, world time, chronograph, countdown timer, 100m water resistance, long battery life and light weight.
Cons:
- Crystal seems like it may be susceptible to scratching easily

I was looking for a watch to time my trail runs through the woods that I wouldn't be afraid to damage should take a spill. Im not big on the tactical lifestyle but this has more than paid for itself already. Plus you can buy extra straps but I have a feeling the ones that came with it will last forever.
