I use this back pack for my bug out bag and it really comes in handy. There is a ton of space and extra pockets to put things in. I am constantly adding stuff to it and have yet to run out of room. My only complaint is that sometimes the zippers can be a little difficult to open, but the overall quality and feel for the price is excellent. This bag can definitely withstand some abuse.
