red dot training
I bought this to protect my optic and didn’t know what to expect from this training cover until I got it installed and checked it out and I think it’s pretty good for someone who hasn’t used a red dot before and wants to train their eyes to see with it both eyes open it definitely helps with that
Piece of junk!
I bought this optic cover thinking it would be great for storage and protection during holster wear at matches; it won't do either. It is flimsy, ill fitting, and wholly unsuitable for anything of this sort.
Conveniently priced to make it not worth the trouble of returning, I hope I can help others avoid the experience and expense.

OpticGard Holosun 507 COMP Scope Cover
I think that this is an interesting product, I haven't tested its durability or strength by dropping the gun but it looks ok, this is not gonna replace an alloy shroud but it probably is better than not having it.
Pros:
- Light, cheap easy instal
Cons:
- May not sustanin a big drop
Best Used for:
- EDC

Occlusion plate does not fit
I got this because I liked the idea of the occlusion plate. It does not fit into the guard.

Works….kinda…
Great idea, horrible execution. The only way to properly use it is to take it on and off every single time which is counterintuitive of having it in the first place. I keep the body on and likely will just toss the lens cover as it’s pointless….
Pros:
- Protects the body of the sight
Cons:
- Lens cover is obsolete
