Steal this parka!
I purchased this parka two weeks ago to give it a try. I was surprised at how warm a parka is especially at this price! I live in MN and wore this in 13-degree weather with a hoodie underneath andIt was "toasty," not "acceptable," not "ok," it was "toasty!" And, at this price, it is a steal!
Pros:
- Warm, deep pockets, front chest pocket perfect for cell phone carry/quick access, high flip-up protective collar, wipes clean with a damp cloth, sized perfectly to wear with up to semi-bulky layers underneath
Cons:
- Outer material isn't tough enough for hunting or tactical work, but it's not flimsy either!
Would recommend: Yes
super warm yet light weight
This parka is very light weight yet extremely warm. Very good at stopping the wind and shedding rain and snow. I have rode my motorcycle at 28 degrees with 20-30 mph winds down highway at 70 miles an hour and my core never got cold.. just everything else. I am definitely impressed with how warm yet light weight this parka is and highly recommend. Especially at the price
