Put it this way, I paid less than $3 and still feel like I got ripped off. Even though it is adjustable, it has a strange fit. Like it was made for a tiny person. Also, the material has an extremely cheap feel to it. The only plus is the bright orange. Im pretty sure Stevie Wonder can spot it in the woods. You know hes not really blind, right?
