Most Helpful Positive Review Easy to use
Work like a champ. Does everything the high price tools do and works and does the job. Stores nicely and does works with no thinking needed. The only thing is it is not the only tool you will need to clean the AR15' Otis makes other tools for that.

not what i was expecting

It’s hard to find a tool like this that will work correctly with multiple brand bcg’s. Either the tool isn’t in spec or the multiple bcg’s I have are out of spec.

So far it’s been great. Cleans most bcg that I have laying around. Some of the bcg’s with coatings can be a little tight

Great tool to have for cleaning

The Otis B.O.N.E. tool is a great to for cleaning my AR15. I use it on customers ARs for cleaning. It was a good price and I could not pass it up. I will probably order a second one and teach the wife how to clean an AR15.

Doesn't work

The reason this tool did not work for me is because the tolerances are too loose on the part that I supposed to scrape the bolt. I put the bolt in the tool and it just basically spins oh, it is not tight enough to scrape off any carbon.

Not as effective as expected

This product does the job but didn’t really make that big of a difference. I first thought this would help ease and hasten the cleaning process, but that wasnt really the case. The usual cleaning kits can do just as good of a job. I think this tool would be more useful for bolts and bcgs with tough and heavy carbon fouling that the typical cleaning kits will have trouble with. If you’ve only shot a couple hundred rounds, this tool is not necessary for cleaning.

Excellent tool

This tool works very well. It is versatile and allows to cleaning carbon from the blot and firing pin. Easy to use. If you use an Otis pull cord it can be used as a handle. Made cleaning the bolt a snap.
