Appalling backup service - OTTO Engineering NoizeBarrier Micro

Whilst initially pleased with the product, at the 12 month point one of the earpieces started to loose charge quite a bit faster than the other. It has now reached the point 18 months after purchase that one of the earpieces has stopped charging completely. On enquiring if I could purchase a replacement earpiece I was told that the cost for one earpiece was £216.00 when the cost of the full kit was £349.95. Apparently supplying one earpiece is comparatively a lot more expensive.
