Don't bother trying to deal with Otto's customer service as they will not help you if something is wrong with them. I had an issue with the cord and tried for over two weeks to get them sent in and repaired but Customer Service department offered no help and was quite rude.
Save your money and get something from a brand that cares about its customers.
