Hard to beat!
For simple EDC, I would think this knife and sheath combination, hard to beat.
Knifes this size can be in large demand, big enough to carry easly and get many jobs done but small enough to not be difficult to carry.

Pros:
- small enough for EDC
- easy to grip
- Big enough to get many jobs done
- nice edge
- Positive lock sheath
- Well rounded purpose edge
- Many options for carry
- Comes with an outstanding sheath
- Comes with quality adjustable paracord
Cons:
- In time the sheath will spin freely, will have to tie it down
