I bought this jacket in XL for the extreme dry cold weather with temperatures dipping below zero degrees. I’m 6ft, 214 lbs, 35” arms, and 38” waist. The fit is good, and has enough layering room for a fleece or a sweater. I would say its slightly more roomier than my Helium down hoodie in the same size wearing the same type of fleece. I have worn it on a fairly chilly day with temperatures around 27 degrees and I felt nothing. I feel confident that I will survive thru any brutal storm that may come my way. I do wish it had either a hidden chest pocket or a inner zippered chest pocket besides the two dump pockets. The cuffs are a decent stretchable size but leaves a small gap. I wish it also had an inner protective sleeve at the cuffs. The front pockets have a really nice soft felt like material that warms both sides of your hands, so i really appreciate that when i’m not wearing gloves.
