The shield plus trigger is already pretty good, this takes makes it even smoother and have less takeup. Most of the takeup with this trigger is just the trigger safety. The striker plunger also makes a big difference because the stock on has ridges for some reason, so when the trigger bar runs across it you can feel the ridges and this takes that out. Totally subjective but it feels a bit lighter than stock. This did not significantly improve the reset feel but honestly I think everyone's obsession with reset is silly, I never think about reset when actually shooting and you shouldn't either.
