Most Helpful Positive Review Pachmayr Snap Caps - 9mm Pistol - 5 Pack
After several cycles through the magazine and weapon they get scratched. Good, safe training tool for those new to handling a weapon. Pros: light weight easy to use Cons: lack the feel of metal and the durability
Most Helpful Negative Review Doesn't cycle
I do not recommend this. It does not cycle smoothly Pros: easy to tell it's a dummy round Cons: doesn't cycle

Expensive and too short

by Carlo, Verified Owner from FL, United States Written on December 16, 2017
Title says it all. I had 12 shells that I use to practice QUAD loading. I needed 2 more so that I can put in the matchsaver and completely load my 13 rnd tube. But the shells were too short for shells regularly used for 3 gun events.
I would not recommend this at all.

Pachmayr Snap Caps

by jackjr, Verified Owner from AZ, United States Written on June 18, 2017
I purchased these to replace some I gave away to a new shooter. I think they are top of the line and didn't want to be without any. I recommend them to anyone who might be checking the operation of their firearm.

by me, from CO, United States Written on November 25, 2015
When i snapped these dummy rnds the rims broke off after only 3 or 4 firing pin hits in an auto .22 pistol.. the orange material they`re made of is very brittle..But these snap caps did cycle very well.and worked thru the magazine properly..

Great for practice!

by Legacy Reviewer, from PA, United States Written on April 10, 2014
I like the blue color it makes it easy to identify their not real bullets. Any rainy day that you can't get out to practice its nice to have snap caps to practice reloads and dry firing. Also great service from Optics Planet as always.
Pros: Very easy to identify their not real bullets.

Good Product

Definitely a good product. Runs smoothly through the XDM. Pricing is a little high though.....the A-Zoom caps work equally as well in the XDM.
