Joe's Review of Parabellum Armament AK Adaptive Rail System - AKARS Black PA-001
I like the design, and it's not that hard to install (though a 3rd or 4th hand is always useful when working with stiff AK sight leaf springs).
The ONLY negative thing is the rear-sight it comes with IS too wide for anything past 25Y.
I like it better than the TWS, but never had an issue with either.
