Mag plus ambidextrous recoil shield - Wheeler Engineering Mag Plus Ambidextrous Recoil Shield 310010

I bought this recoil pad because of the "punishing" I got when shooting my 300 Win Mag at the range. While somewhat effective in reducing felt recoil, after a couple of hundred rounds I found myself wanting a separate recoil pad for my Weatherby's buttstock. The combination works great!
Pros: Easy to wear; doesn't move around once worn
Cons: Doesn't reduce recoil as much as I expected
