Past recoil shield - Wheeler Engineering Super Mag Plus Recoil Shield Ambidextrous 330110

This recoil shield works perfectly. I have an old injury that I am trying to avoid agitating and when I first utilized this device, I felt no recoil other than a push. Only downside is, when I first opened the package the shield had a very strong ammonia odor that was not tolerable until after washing and letting it sit out for a week. Must be from the leather bleaching process. Overall, good product though.
Pros: Excellent buffer for recoil
Cons: Has a nasty ammonia smell when first opened
