Slide does not run
I purchased this a while back and put in my Glock OEM barrel. Took it to the range and could not get it to cycle more than one round. I tried “fancy” ammo, cheap ammo and still nothing.
I then replaced all the internals with Glock OEM internals and removed the RDS in case the screws were causing a malfunction and it still wouldn’t work at all. I tried it on a Micro Dagger Lower as well as the Glock OEM lower and had no positive results.

Junk trash stay away from this
Don’t waste your money. The recoil spring assembly did not fit correctly. The firing pin channel was full of rust. Could not get it to cycle more than 5 rounds without a fail to extract fail to fire or a double feed. Replaced everything with Glock original parts and it still is a total failure.Emailed JDS supply who is the manufacturer and they are supposed to arrange for its return for repair or replacement

Complete slide for Glock 43
The cut out for the red dot sight was too narrow and the slide had to be returned

Great upgrade to the 43
The fit and finish of this slide are miles ahead of the stock glock 43. I love the slide cuts, the forward serrations, and the fact that I can direct fit an optic to it. Exactly what I was expecting but even nicer looking and feeling than I thought!
