Great grip extension
I have large hands and the grip extension allows all my fingers to have a full grip on my p365 with the 10 rd maga while only adding 1/4" more than the factory extension. Overall it add 5/8" more than the flush fit magazine. No issues with concealment. Looks like they were made by Sig Sauer, but they could've added texturing to the sides of the grip extension.
GReat extension
This grip extension for the P365 by Pearce is useful and comfortable just as all of the Pearce extensions i have purchased for other pistols. This extension is very similar to the factory extension base in regard to looking like it belongs with the factory grip module. The advantage to the Pearce grip is that it extends longer than the factory extension on the 10 round magazine. The extra length makes a noticeable positive difference on control of the pistol.

Disregard my prior review. Here’s the REAL review.
I had the wrong part and wasn’t able to delete the review. The P365 mag extensions DOES have wings and WILL fit the Sig micro-compact and SAS grip. The extender hangs out lower than the stock extended Sig grip by about 1/4” and has a lip. The texture is only on the front and doesn’t wrap around, like the stock Sig.

great mag extension
Just received my mag extensions look and feel great, fit perfectly, actually give you a tad bit more grip with the pinky finger than the original extension grip. Priced just right, fast delivery. Hope use them on the range soon

Better than factory!
I purchased this for my second factory clip that did not have an extension. This extension actually feels better and provides a slight bit more grip space than the factory SIG extension does. Fits very securely and has no movement. Great pick up if you want just a little more pinky room on your P365!

Perfect length and texture
The length is perfect and the texture is almost a perfect match to the texture on the pistol. It basically looks like it came with the gun. I have medium size hands. If you have big hands in may be a little uncomfortable due to the shelf at the bottom of the extension. Its well worth it otherwise!

Poor Fit & Finish
Poor fit against the bottom of the magwell causes the magazine to be able to wiggle forward/back, and the forward face of the extension piece does not line up with the forward face of the grip. Save yourself the disappointment and purchase the official grip extension by SIG.
