I disagree with the review that states these extensions don't work with Glock 43 mags numbered 33388-02. Works fine for me. The Glock tool for removing baseplates makes the job of replacement a lot easier. It's nice having 7 rounds and function has been fine so far.

I have not yet done extensive testing but this item works as advertised. Other reviews for Glock 43 mag extenders made me wary of capacity issues between 01 and 02 magazines, I even had that problem with a Strike Industries extender. But for some reason I have not had that issue with this Pearce Grip. Even on an 02 magazine it fits and works flawlessly. For all I know there may be older and newer Pearce extenders which fit either magazine better and I got lucky. No feeding issues so far and feels good to use. The image I saw when I bought the item is actually inaccurate; the item is a bit longer at the bottom, and so the image is probably of the non-extending grip. It doesn't bother me much because it's still about the same size as the OEM long grip even though it gives you the extra round. Definitely worth a buy, just make sure you have an 01 magazine available in case you get a lemon that won't +1 your 02.

These grip extensions work great and allow me to get a solid grip. I have these for my Glock 43 and 26.

Love this part but its not a +1 on newer mags so dont count on it. If you want capacity get something different. I use these on all my carry mags. Still only holds 6 though. Definitely feels great and matches factory stipling. Gets that pinky on.

The magazine extension are what I needed to carry at least 20 rounds in magazines with my G-43. They add one round making a round count of 22 rounds with 3 magazines. I placed my order on items that were in stock so I didn’t have to wait weeks for delivery, I was wrong. For some reason, opticsplanet decided to wait a few days to ship, one of the items became out of stock, and it was a hassle to try and get the order. There was no reason not to ship on time. Opticsplanet needs to address their shipping concerns without mentioning the word COVID. You say you have a product, I got money, put it in a box and ship when I pay.

This product is like all other Pearce products amazing. Looks factory and works factory. Would trust this on my every day carry pistol and that means I trust it with my life and my families life. Def would purchase again!

extension is only slightly taller due to the finger lip than the factory mag grip extension. textured front is nice. Installed easily as long as you know how to defeat the Glock Magazine tabs. The +1 will allow you to carry 8 rounds over 7 with very little additional lenght in the grip over factory.

Overall good product. I’ve used Pearce extensions before and this replaced the factory Glock finger extension that adds no capacity. For the price it’s a good replacement but eventually I’m going to get two Taran Tactical mag base plates, a +1 that looks flush and a +2 that’s about the same length as this, but they’re $35+ each so again, for the price not bad.
