Recomend any person that travel and has to take a labtop to buy one.Labtop will be protected from water,dust and falls because you custom cut form for you labtop.

The case overall is what I expected from the description. The seal is not super tight, but I have not tested it in water.

Pelican 1490 Notebook case
This case provides outstanding protection for my laptop, while traveling. Also does a very good job of
keeping my laptop dust free in dusty conditions. I use the laptop for digital photography and my equipment is subject to many different enviorments. I like the locks on the latches. the way the latches are design, it would be hard to accidently open the case and spill the contents.
