Pelican EMS 1550
I bought the pelican EMS 1550 for my work. I am a paramedic in a rural area. The 1550 is a good size if you need to carry just about everything and not be too cumbersome. It can be a bit heavy, but for those calls in the bush or on a remote island you can bring everything you need in this kit. For the urban paramedic i would recommend the 1500, for its lighter weight, but you cant go wrong with the 1550!

Solid Case Terrible Organizer System
The 1550 is a beefy case, lots of room, but should come with a warning that you will need to purchase additional divider/organizer/case/container materials if you want to build an ALS kit with actual equipment. The included velcro soft organizer/divider system is terrible. It wastes a ton of space and is a pain in the ### to customize nicely. The lid orgainzer sucks. Pockets are small and if you put anything with more depth than a 10mL syringe in them they barely stay closed.
