Best Luggage. Period.
I bought the 1560 after wasting my money on traditional luggage for years. Baggage Handlers and the equipment they use will eventually rip, tear, and destroy your cloth luggage, not to mention how dirty cloth luggage gets. The pelican 1560 solved my luggage concerns. More durable than any luggage I've seen, it's backed by a lifetime warranty, waterproof, shockproof, easy to clean, and practical. Although a bit heavier than cloth luggage, the positives far outweigh the one downside in my opinion. The perfect hard case
Purchased this case for my Leupold Spotting scope and accessories. I needed something large enough for the scope, extra 30X lens, tripod and Sinclair bench-mount. The quality of Pelican cases are second to none and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality case to protect their expensive optical equipment.
There are others that may cost a little less, but Pelican is well worth the extra cost when you are looking at protecting up to ten times the price of the case. The same applies to Pelican rifle cases for long range precision rifles and scopes. It's worth spending the extra money to protect your investments.

Pelican 1560 Watertight Hard
Pelican 1560 Watertight Hard is a great product. I purchased it for my son who has a remote airplane with a camera. He travels with it to photograph weddings, real estate. etc. He was very excited when he received it. Customizing the foam to fit his equipment was a big plus for him.

The name says it all. It's a pelican, I don't know what else to say. You either like it or you don't ,!, they are quality plastic cases. Waterproof too.they are black and have foam inside yeah. You can put stuff in them. Good for travel.try it.

Pelican 1560 Case
The Pelican 1560 was primarily used for traveling. With multiple mishandling of luggage, I found his case virtually indestructible and my items within stayed perfectly fine when I reached my destination. I high recommend you get one and I highly recommend you use Optics Planet. They made shopping experience enjoyable.
