Police Sergeant

Bought this item for work. Second shift officer, 1600 - 0000. Mostly dark. used this item for 5 years with no problem. Great light. Gave one to my son when he graduated from the police Academy. He is now a Sergeant and also the Commander of the County SWAT Team. He still carries this on his belt, (one battery change. also has secondary. bought one for my Dad, 89 years old. Has the same light as his son and grandson. Just bought a replacement battery for mine. You cant go wrong with this. Excellent ! Great item

Well worth the money

I have owned the 7060 for over 10 years. Feb. 2017 i finally had to replace the battery. Then shortly after that, the LED went bad. I called Pelican, got a return auth.# and mailed it to them. A few weeks later I received the light and it was as good as new. Pelican repaired it for free and even paid the return shipping. I am a Pelican customer for life.

Pelican 7060 Led

If you can't see it with a this flashlight it is probably not there. Owned for over 7 yrs. beam concentration output is amazing. Durable and reliable. Police use this flashlight and I can understand why. It is my emergency "go to" flashlight.

Great Light

Excellent light to use as a police officer. Side and tail switch work well and light is super bright. Coworkers always ask what brand of light I have cause they see it works so well. Like it better than the small pocket lights cause u can hold it under your arm if you need to have your hands free. Pelican also offers a warranty so if it breaks they fix or replace it

Outstanding professional duty light.

I use it for patrol duty. No wonder it's still LAPD's favorite and standard issue light, can't compare it's durability, my butter fingers, accidentally dropped it off a second story balcony falling on to concrete, and it still works like new, plastic body just got a minor dent type scrape, but does not affect performance. Optics planet was great answering questions when I purchased light, good customer service.
Pros: Long beam throw.

Pelican 7060 LED Dual Switch Rechargeable Tactical Flashlight Black

This flashlight is a very good product in that it uses LED technology so you never need to go changing light bulbs as in conventional flashlights. It is extremely bright and also rechargeable, very good flashlight overall. For the user that is serious about quality products.

Great light for price

I love the light. It is my Duty light and its heavy duty, strong and bright. I like the dual switch feature. I wish that it had a strobe feature, but the strobe is really not neccessary.
Pros: bright, good battery life
Cons: could use a strobe feature but its not necessary

Great Police Light

I've been using this light for 3 years in daily police work and it has been a wonder. The grenade grip is great with gloves. It never gets hot due to the metal fins. Its MUCH brighter than its rating even today vs. more modern lights/led technology. I should note I've tapped on cars/windows many times and dropped it a few as well without any issues. One speed bump was a circuit issue in tailcap at 2.5 yrs. Fortunately w/ Pelicans lifetime warranty and while using an alternate light, I had the 7060 back within 2 weeks with a new cap & body with no charge to me.
Pros: Durable, Bright, Dual-switches
