My husband purchased this flashlight for me. I am a nurse and use it everyday. The first one he gave me was several years ago. We had a hurricane hit down here in the south. We had no electicity. Your flashlight is so bright that it lit up the stairwell while we had to go up and down stairs at work. My co-workers were so impressed with you flashlight that they wanted one also. Pros: very bright light. the flashlight is easy to find due to it's color

pelican 1900

accidently dropped my first one on a dive so bought 3 more! very handy around house as well as great back-up for diving. Also recently in Dive Training magazine as must have ( I do!!).
Pros: small, lightweight, powerful
Cons: twist on/off

Perfect, except for the o-ring

The unit supports filters, has a replaceable bulb, is sturdy and submersible. Given the light output, the battery life is phenomenal. The only thing to watch out for is the O-ring. After replacing the batteries, make sure the o-ring doesn't get popped out of its groove, or else it won't be sealed properly. Minor problem that can only occur when changing the batteries.
Pros: Submersible, very bright, long-lasting if you consider the output
Cons: O-ring can get snagged, when replacing batteries, compromising water tightness

Great Little Lite

I use this flashlite for construction inspections. It replaced a large 3-D cell lite with no noticeable difference in lite output. I carry one in my pocket all the time.
Pros: Small & lite, very bright
Cons: none so far
Would recommend: Yes
