Pros: Factory replacement parts

The replacement works superb but is a bear to get to snap in. I almost gave up. No directions included, but once you push harder than 3 of us felt comfortable doing, they snapped in very securely and well.

It is worth the trouble
Pros: Like a new headset
Cons: Tough to snap on
Would recommend: Yes
