My Peltor Work Tunes was in need of replacement after 6 years of wearing them to mow lawns. The replacement hygiene kit has then looking, feeling and sounding brand new. Purchased a couple pairs of replacement to have on had will not years next time to change. Pros: Value Cons: none

I bought the kit to rebuild my Peltor Work Tunes earmuff that was chewed by my lab puppy. The earmuffs are as good as new. The fit of the new parts to the earmuff was tight and secure. The softer pads give a better head contact than the old parts giving a more quiet fit.

Good Fit for Peltor Muffs

Item is as advertised. Direct replacement for the factory parts. Fit was nice and tight on the first unit. haven't used the rest of them yet. Just like new.
I have several old units that had mangled ear muff sections, although the unit itself still worked fine. Added these replacements and they are like new, back in service.
Nice to get something that works as expected!

evaluation of silicone cushion in the kit

The silicone cushion is very comfortable and enhances the sound protection of the earmuff better than the factory supplied cushion.
Worth the cost for someone like myself who spends 5 sessions in an indoor range shooting pistols while many others are shooting high powered rifles, machine-guns and shotguns.
Would recommend: Yes
