Upon receiving this product my initial observation was that the interior foam packaging appeared to be so old that it had began deteriorating and flaking into small pieces all over my headlamp inside the packaging. After opening and a few minutes of cleaning off all the debris, the headlamp appeared to be new and un damaged. After fully charging and testing the headlamp, the function of this product was just as expected, providing great quality lighting and an array of functions to choose from. I would purchase this item again, only more hopeful for better packaging.
