I'm an endurance athlete who often needs to race or train when it is dark outside. I purchased a new Petzl Nao headlight about 2 months ago and promptly damaged the strap by catching it on a doorknob. I scoured the internet and nobody sold the replacement headband. The headlight costs $200 so I had a problem. Petzl themselves don't sell tethe replacement headband which seems questionable. Somehow though Optics Planet was able to get me a replacement headband within a few weeks, and it was only $10.
