No frills case does the job
This case is fine for light duty, e.g., transporting rifle from home to shooting range. The fit with a rifle and 50mm scope is very snug...maybe too snug. The latches are light weight metal and the joining rims on top and bottom of case sides are light weight as well. Two piece light weight plastic handles work but aren't very comfortable. As I stated, the case does the job but it isn't made for durability. Be careful loading/unloading this thing from your vehicle. The plastic feet have sharp edges and will put a nice scar in your leather upholstery...got the t-shirt.

Cons: latches are not study. platic molded 'feet' will rip your leather car seat.
