Full disclosure, I am somewhat of a Bag junkie and have built up a degree of brand loyalty.
So I was happily surprised when I went out of my usual brands circle to try this Tenzing TT2220. Very well made bag, rather attractive without broadcasting "tactical" or really any other stereotype (unless you get the Kryptek)
I have used it for rucking and day hiking but I have also used it as an overnight bag (removed the waistbelt). For a 36L bag, it is a bit bigger than you'd want for a day pack but with the compression straps it doesn't feel bulky. When you need to load it up, the 36L accommodates everything you could reasonably need. Being a larger guy (over 6 foot with a weight to match) most "one size" fits packs never seem to impress me but this bag was different. The waistbelt fit comfortably with room to tighten and the excess straps are all easily tucked away.
