Charging handle

This was good addition to AR . Made it easier to operate handle from either side , especially around scope . Only problem It has slight rattle ? Very small amount but it's there . Maybe that's why they call it "The Rattler " easy to grip slightly larger than stock and not to big . Therr is an Allen screw in center you may be able to get rid of slight rattle ? E- mailed company over a week ago ? No response ? No instructions on any adjustment ? So may give it a try .
