Get company and product. Amazingly bright little flashlight on one AAA battery. Here's the deal, though. Powertac products covered by a "worry-free" money back guarantee. I had an E3 Gen 3 that stopped operating correctly. Without making me jump through a bunch of hoops, they provided a return authorization code to me to put on box and they sent me a new one without any hassles. Then, they redesigned the E3Gen3 fixing the problem. This site was selling the gen IV for less than what Powertac was charging on their own site. Now my entire family has small light they can carry on their keys.
