Review of Premier ArmorSHIFT panel for Viktos Taculus chest rig
I really appreciate the integration between Premier and Viktos in this setup. I picked it up to pair with my Taculus MX chest rig in MCB, which seems to be hard to keep in stock. Like the previous reviewer, I had to purchase them separately to get both in MCB. The fit is spot-on—providing a great low-profile way to add a bit of protection while maintaining the mobility advantage of a chest rig. Deploying and restowing the panels takes some practice to do efficiently, but it becomes second nature over time. I had the chance to run a buddy’s Viktos chest rig for a day at the range and found it to be a solid middle-ground option, so when this setup was released, I knew I had to give it a try. I haven’t run the rig with the panels yet, as I’m waiting for the snow to melt here in MN.

minimalist
I bought the body armor separate from the Viktos chest rig. Could have saved $$ if I bought them together. Consider buying both at the same time is my suggestion.
