Best top end scope for the money

I have been shooting competitively for many years and have progressed from shooting Leupold Tactical to most recently Schmidt & Bender. I used a friend's Premier Reticles one day and have not looked back since that time. I much prefer their turret design and reticle design. I think the image on the Premier is a little bit sharper than even the Schmidt & Bender. The Light Tactical for
