Presma 19” 308 dpms free float hand guard - Presma AR-10 LR 308 Super Light M-LOK Series Free Float Handguards, DPMS Low Profile

Originally bought the 19.5” that Presma offered, I sent it back. Due to poor machining the barrel nut and handguard did not time right to allow full lock up of the handguard set screws leaving a large gap between the upper receiver and handguard. I exchanged the 19.5” for the 19” same company different barrel nut design. Unfortunately, same story with this product. This was all tested on an Aero Precision M5 upper receiver. The only positive I can say is that customer service on both sides ( optics planet, and Presma Inc) were both outstanding in trying to help me rectify the issue. Presma even sent me a new barrel nut with shims. No dice.
