I tried to match this to an Aero Precision AR-10 upper. The rail is lower than the upper by .062". The alignment to the receiver on the sides was poor at best. If you have an Aero Precision upper this is not the item to order.
Cheap and good quality
Worked great for my dpms lr-308, and very easy installation.

Acceptable
I ordered the 19in as it is the only rail this long i could find. It seems okay in its construction. Biggest complaint is its supposed to be low profile but the rail is sitting LOWER than my low profile receiver. Aside from the small lip there is now, everything seems to be okay at best.

Very pleased
Barrel nut and hand guard are high quality and work as expected. I especially like the feel of the hand guard. The edges of the slots are slightly beveled, resulting in a smoother feel. Strong as well.

I used this to complete an AR10 build. Good fit with upper as well as barrel. A few added picatinny rail sections... Nice.

Low profile hand guard DPMS
Solid hand guard at a good price. Steel barrel nut with shims worked as expected. Rock solid after installation on my P.S.A. upper. Good product, no complaints.

First of all, for the price, the overall quality is decent
But I wouldn’t recommend.
I spent over an hour trying to get the barrel nut timed
I took it off and back on multiple times using different combinations of the supplied shims to no avail
Of course putting it on and taking it off so many times, I marred it up to much to send back
I will be ordering a name brand and just chalk this up as a learning experience
You get what you pay for

Sweet kit . Love it with a passion, BUT no peace of STEEL, to tighten the barrel nut……..

Beautiful rail looks perfect, didn’t have a big enough wrench for the barrel nut so that’s something you better buy before you do the build, that was the only issue turned out really good. Thanks again optic planet you guys rock
