Not as shown in pictures - Presma AR-15 .223/5.56 M-LOK Slim Free Float Handguards

I was really excited about this handguard when I found it because it looked awesome and had a great price. I haven’t installed it at the time of this review but the overall quality feels pretty good. My two complaints are with the finish.

A: The Cerekote or whatever finish they applied to it feels like a chalk board and appears extremely thin on the edges (kind of like the plastic wrapper rubbed it off in shipping).

B: My personal biggest disappointment was that the American flag shown in the pictures isn’t printed or etched on the rail I received. As cheesy as it is, that was a big selling point for me and ultimately was the reason I chose this rail.

I can’t say that I don’t recommend this rail, I just personally would have done a little more shopping had I known what I know now. Optics Planet has been great to do business with and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again; it’s just this particular product didn’t live up to my expectations.
